Well Schucks! I had my blog ready to post and then lost it!

Let me try to remember what I was typing!

First of all, I'm still in REMISSION! Thank you Lord Jesus!

Went back as a Medicare patient and signed up for the clinical trial patient. I will have my regular MRI's, but they will also give me 4 more MRI's using their new
"7 MRI". What that means is that all of the clinical trials will be paid for including the meds, bloodwork, etc. Medicare will not pay for those...SW Medical Center will pay for that. Everything for the clinical trial will be paid by SW Medical! I'm so thrilled about that!

Hubby supports me greatly! He's my EVERYTHING! He's my housekeeper, my cook, my caregiver, my shoulder to cry on, my dog, my cat...like I said - he's my EVERTHING!!!! Don't know what I'd do without him.

I'd appreciate your prayers for me, but also for my twin sister and my Dad. Jan has breast cancer and will start chemo next Wednesday. My Dad has been taking his chemo for cancer of the stomach. Praise God his chemo hasn't caused him to throw up, but he hasn't felt that great either. You can tell when he doesn't feel good...he gets really grumpy and just wants to sleep.

Thanks again for your prayers! They are keeping me going. I broke my little toe the other day and couldn't stand to put on a shoe. But it's getting better now and I know the doctors couldn't do anything for it, so I didn't bother going to see him!

Thanks and to God be the glory!
Jeanine

Jeanine,
SOOOOO glad to hear you are still in remission!!! I think of you almost daily and pray for you constantly. I always think of you whenever I have a patient with newly diagnosed brain cancer. They are so devastated! I tell them of your wonderful "remission" and it gives them hope!!! (As "my friend" of course!) "Give thanks in ALL things!" is my mantra! Prayer is powerful! You and I are living proof!
